I do not believe that I can say anything useful about the eventual disposal of the existing patrol craft at this stage except, perhaps, to point out that the Hong Kong Government marle no contribution to their original capital cost.

Although some of this consultation can be achieved by correspondence, there will, I feel sure, be the need for meetings during Stages 2/3 and 5/6.
