I am sorry to have taken so long to reply to your telegram No. Misc 98 of 22 May.

We have been in touch with the Navy Department about the proposed meeting, and we are agreed that September, when I understand you plan to be in England, would be very suitable.
We would be happy for you to propose precise dates. A meeting in September would fit in well with the project timetable, as by then you will have had time to digest the study reports (which will be with you shortly), and should have seen the draft Naval Staff Requirement. As an outline
agenda for the meeting we suggest:
