HONG KONG: INDETERMINATE LEASES
Furtner to our discussion yesterday of the problem of crown leases expiring in 1997 in the leased territories, when we considered the matter fully together and reached substantial agreement as to how it could best be tackled, I now enclose the first draft of a prerogative Order in Council on the lines we envisaged and should welcome your comments upon it.
