competent to make laws for the peace, order and good
government of the New Territories, and the New Territories
shall continue to be administered in the same and as
ample a manner as those Territories now are pursuant
to the Order in Council made on 28 November 1898, for
so long as Her Majesty the Queen holds those Territories.
Saving
4.
Nothing in this Order shall prejudice or derogate
from the continued operation of the said Order in Council
made on 28 November 1898.
