LETTERS ON THE CHINESE ATTITUDE TOWARDS HONG KONG

Steuart Webb-Johnson from the Hong Kong London Office, who was here on a visit, came to see me on Friday, 27 January. I showed him my recent letters on Chinese statements about their attitude to Hong Kong (i.e. of 2 and 21 December) He said he thought Denis Bray would be interested in seeing such letters. If you agree, perhaps you could suggest that he might read them in your office some time.
