When I met the Governor of Hong Kong at Heathrow this morning he said that he would very much like an opportunity to talk privately to Lord Goronwy-Roberts when he visits London later this month. wondered whether the Minister of State would be free to dine with him on 17 or 18 July or, if neither of those two evenings are pos- sible on 19 July. Sir Murray MacLehose would want to be host on
this occasion.
