Vietnamese Refugees

During David Wilson's visit to the office we explained, without giving rise to any false hopes, our intention to try and arrange for a large batch of Vietnamese refugees to be accepted into the UK from Hong Kong. I am afraid this will inevitably be a slow process, but it may be reassuring to Hong Kong to know of our intentions.
