Further to our letter REG 794 of 13 July 1978 about the

above project, I am transmitting herewith a copy of the project document which, as you know, requires the endorsement of at least three countries before the project can be formally approved by UNDP. I am, therefore, transmitting the Project Document to you for your Government's consideration, endorsement and possibly, signature.

The dates of the workshop will be from 21 October to ↳ November 1978. To allow sufficient time for finalizing arrangements for the workshop, your urgent advice will be much appreciated. Thereafter a formal letter of invitation for nomination of participants will be transmitted to you.
