The Regulations were made by the Commissioner for Labour on 18.10.78, and will be submitted to the Legislative Council on 29.11.78 for approval by resolution.
The Regulations were made by the Commissioner for Labour on 14.7.78 and were approved by resolution of the Legislative Council on 16.8.78.
The Labour Advisory Board agreed on 16.3.78 that Regulations should be made. Drafting instructions are under preparation.
Target date
4th quarter 1978.
To come into effect on 1.11.78.
