To make available tender in the sum of 50 . was accepted land for private from Hong Kong Land Company Ltd. for the development

private sector participation scheme in Tuen Mun rea 37B.

A commercial site of 693 min Tuen Mun Area 12 was sold by auction on 31.10. 73 at a price of 14.3 million which equates to $21,553 per m2.

Completion of the

Three industrial lots were disposed of by Tender Letter B and a cash tender (currentlytextile chemical under consideration) was received for the slaughter-house site in Kwai Chung. Cash tenders have also been invited for a site for textile chemicals in Tsing Yi.

Disposed of seven lots of Industrial land amounting to 16,535 m and one Residential Zone III Lot of 1.96 Ha. by Letter 3 tender in Tai Po.
