The Staff Relations Division has started a

series of studies in departments, to assess the effectiveness

of existing machinery and management attitudes with a

view to making improvements to prevent disputes.

CIVIL SERVANTS' HOUSING

32.

The Steering Group appointed to devise new

schemes and policies finished its work during the quarter.

A memorandum for Executive Council, seeking approval

to consult Staff Associations on the new proposals, is

in the final stages of preparation.
