Public Assistance on a non-contributory but means- tested basis to persons or families whose income falls below subsistence level, but excluding the able-bodied unemployed adults between 15 and 55.
Public Assistance extended to able-bodied unemployed adults.
Disability Allowance of $200 per month to the severely disabled,
(iii) Old Age Allowance of $100 per month to those
aged 75 and over.

Compensation to victims of crimes of violence or law enforcement actions.
Long Term Supplement of $500 per annum for a family and $250 per annum for a single person who has been on Public Assistance for 12 months.
Old Age Supplement of $100 per month for Public Assistance recipients aged 60 and over who are not receiving a Disability or Old Age Allowance. (iii) Income of those not expected to seek work (e.g.
old people, widows with young children) to be disregarded in assessing Public Assistance entitlement, up to a maximum of $150 per month.
