STANDING COMMITTEE TO MONITOR THE HONG KONG PLANNING PAPER

1. At the last meeting of the Committee it was agreed that we should meet again in February before the Hong Kong budget (1 March 1978).

2. After consulting with your PAs, I have pencilled in 3.30 p.m. on Thursday,

23 February as a possible dete, even though Mr Hurst and Mr Quantrill will not be able to attend: they are both spending the second half of February in Hong Kong. this timing will prove convenient.
