THE STANDING COMMITTEE TO MONITOR THE HONG KONG PLANNING PAPER

At his weekly meeting this morning Mr Cortazzi asked what plans we had for a further meeting of the Standing Committee and made it quite clear that he attached great importance to the continuation of this institution. Mr Murray suggested that some time in November might be right.

I was not here for the last meeting of the Standing Committee. Please let me know what preparations are required.
