URBCO ELECTIONS

1. It would seem that most of the people entitled to vote in UKBCO elections are so-called "professional" people, including JPs, Jurors, graduates, etc. However, a complete list is to be found in Chapter 101 (Volume 6, page 26,) of the UKBCO Ordinance.

2. Apparently only 35,000 registered out of the half million entitled to register as voters in Hong Kong, and at the last election, only about 7,000 of these bothered to vote.
