GOVERNOR
In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty
the Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
SZE-TUEN CHUNG ( + =)
Knight Bachelor,
Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Justice of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member
of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 1st September
1978 until 31st August 1980.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of
the Colony on 29th August 1978.
