ACTING GOVERNOR
In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty
the Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint -
THOMAS LEE CHUN-YON (
t ) 李春融)
Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Justice of the Peace, to be an Official Member
of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from lat September
1978.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of
the Colony on 21st July 1978.
