In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty
the Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint -
JAMES NEIL HENDERSON
Justice of the Peace to be an Official Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong from 31st March 1978 until 31st August
1978.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of
the Colony on 4th April 1978.
