appointed Mr. David WONG Tzi-ki, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council with effect from 4th May 1978 when he is acting as Secretary for Economic Services in place of Mr. D. G. Jeaffre son, JP, acting Financial Secretary.
