HONG KONG ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS 1917 - 1977

GOVERNOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV

of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 – 1977, I appoint

WILLIAM DORWARD

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,

Justice of the Peace, to be provisionally an Official Member

of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 2nd June 1978

vice the Honourable David Harold Jordan, Companion of the

Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George,

Member of the Order of the British Empire, Justice of the

Peace.

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the

Colony on 31st May 1978.
