I can see no harm in the revision, suggested by Sir Denys Roberts in his letter of 17 February, to the second paragraph of your letter of 7 February to the Reform Club. It seems to me to be very much a question of Asymmetries but, since we have no intention of instituting changes, I believe we should agree to the request.
