It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, by Instrument under the Public Seal, to appoint the Honourable Li Fook-wo (EA), OBE, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council with effect from 31 January 1978 during the absence of the Honourable Sir Sze-yuen CHUNG (RAıZR1), CBE, JP.
