GOVERNOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV

of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint

JOHN RAW LING TODD

Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Justice of the

Peace to be provisionally an Official Member of the

Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 26th May 1978 during

the absence from the Colony of the Honourable David AKERS-JONES

Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and

Saint George, Justice of the Peace.

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony

on 19th May 1978.
