It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, by Instru- ment under the Public Seal, to appoint the Honourable James Wu Man-hon (HYDRA), OBE, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council with effect from 1 June 1978 during the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable Oswald CHEUNG (HRA), CBE, QC, JP.
