It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, by Instrument under the Public Seal, to appoint the Honourable Harry FANG Šin-yang OPLAA), one, JP, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council with effect from 9 June 1978 during the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable LEE Quo-wei (HAMMA11), CBE, JP.
