of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1977, I appoint -

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,

Justice of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her

Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an Unofficial Member

of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 14th July 1978

during the absence from the Colony of the Honourable

Sir Sze-yuen CHUNG (+). Commander of the

Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of

the Peace.

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
