GOVERNOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III of the

Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1971 - 1977, I appoint -

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice

of the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure,

to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council

of Hong Kong from 11th September 1978 during the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable Oswald CHEUNG (31).

Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,

Queen's Counsel, Justice of the Peace.
