ALLOCATION SECTION
The Rt. Hon. David Owen, MP., Secretary of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs,
Downing St,
London. SW1A 2AL.
Dear David,
I have been approached by Mr. Colin Bagnall, 10 Lennox Gardens, Croydon, Surrey CRO 4HR.
I gather that he has had extensive correspondence with the Foreign Office about the possibility of abolishing capital punishment in our Dependent Territories.
I wonder if you could tell me whether there are any plans to introduce legislation to abolish capital punishment. I see in the correspondence you have had with Mr. Bagnall, that this matter is under review at present.
Yours sincerely,
