Thank you for your comments on the draft submission on capital punishment sent with 25 my minute of 9 January. As I told you on the telephone I have now completely redrafted the submission and memorandum to take account of comments from within the FCO and 1 am sending with this letter a copy of the redraft which I hope takes account of all the changes you recommended.
