I enclose one piece of finished artwork, for the 1/- value for the above issue, prepared in Kenya and submitted direct by the Managing Director for Kenya Post and Telecommunications.

I should be grateful if you would confirm that this design meets with your approval, and we may go ahead with the production of these stamps. The issue will consist of 5 stamps, but the remaining 4 designs do not require submission for approval.

The release date for this issue is the 16 October, and it is therefore a matter for the upmost urgency, and I should appreciate your co-operation.
