With the increased interest in special issues of coins, it has been considered advisable to circulate the attached directive for the guidance of Dependent Territories Administrations.

2.

This Circular Despatch is being sent to the Governors of Bermuda, Belize, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, the Falkland Islanda, Gibraltar, Gilbert and Ellice Islands Colony, Hong Kong, Montserrat, the Pitcairn Islands, St Helena, the Seychelles and the Turks and Caicos Islands, to the High Commissioners, Western Pacific and the British Antarctic Territory, to the British Resident Comunissioner, New Hebrides, and to the Administrators, Ascension Island, Tristan da Cunha and the British Indian Ocean Territory.
