(ii) The Extradition Acts (for Foreign States)
(iii) The Backing of Warrants Act (Repub- lic of Ireland) 1965 (for the Republic of Ireland)
(iv) The Fugitive Offenders Act 1967 (for Commonwealth States).
According to the latest available in- formation, the following States have rati- fied or acceded to the Montreal Conven- tion for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Civil Aviation 1971:
