ii. I would likewise suggest the deletion of Chile as the major

part of the admittedly large expenditure is spent in this country; a CPP is not the proper vehicle for consideration of the future of the WUS scheme.

iii. I would propose the inclusion of Grenada (on which work is

already in hand) and Honduras where we hope to mount a capital aid programme in the course of 1978/79.

iv. Subject to Mr Fogarty's decision on the contradiction mentioned in paragraph 5 above, I am content with the inclusion of Belize (not budget aided but still a Dependency) and also propose the inclusion of the Falkland Islands (on which, again, work is currently in hand).
