Disciplinary Procedures

I was interested to see from paragraph 6 of your letter HKA 435/393/5 of 12th April that you were preparing an up-to-date version of the Champion letter of 9th April 1974 which would lay down clearly your policy on the use of CRS 54 to 66.

Coincidentally, I had prepared a note prior to my recent visit to London which restates the current position with regard to corruption cases as we see it here. I am enclosing a copy of this note because, if there are misunder- standings, it will help to show them up and if any are serious you may consider it useful to clarify the position with us before you promulgate the revised policy.
