Whatever description St Helena gives to this post, the holder is in effect the official legal adviser to the St Helena Government and in my view, for that reason, it is a post of sufficient importance for us to ensure that it is properly filled. I see no reason, therefore, to delete the post from the schedule of posts requiring S of S approval. I am however, prepared to discuss further with Mr-Guy if you 'wish it.
