Her Majesty the Queen having been pleased to approve the appointment of Mr Frank ADDISON, to be a Judge of the High Court of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, His Excellency the Governor has, under the instructions from the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, been pleased to appoint Mr Frank ADDISON, to be a Judge of the High Court of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, such appointment to take effect from 10 May 1978.
