ACT 1926: HONG-KONG

The Lord Chancellor has received a letter from the Chief Justice of Hong-Kong (a copy of which is enclosed for ease of reference), and I am directed to say that the Lord Chancellor approves of the nomination of Mr. Justice Baber, Mr. Justice Yang, Mr. Justice Zimmern, Mr. Justice O'Connor and Mr. Justice Addison to be Judges for the purpose of exercising jurisdiction under the Indian and Colonial Divorce Jurisdiction Act 1926.

I should be glad if you would arrange for a suitable message to be returned to the Chief Justice. The reference at the head of this letter is that written relating to the last request in October 1973.
