I have got your letter only to-day of the 2nd October about Judge Fuad.

The Government here is very dilatory about the creation of three posts for High Court Judget and now they say we shall not be given the go ahead, if we are going to get it

at all, until November. I can never understand why a simple matter like this is delayed but it always is!

In our previous correspondence you mentioned that Renn Davis was married. this so? I have consulted Gerry Nazareth and both he and I think there is a mistake here.

I have sent you another book on Chinese geomancy which you may find of interest. It has gone by sea.
