November about the possibility of seconding one or more High Court Judges to Hong Kong.

deal of discussion before the Lord Chancellæ can form a considered view. This letter can, therefore, be no more than an acknowledgement and it may be some time before I can let you know what the Lord Chancellor thinks about it.
