Laid before Parliament on

under Section 3(8) of the Oversees Pensions

Act 1973

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Overseas Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister of Overseas Development by section 2 of the Overseas Pensions Act 1973, as read

with section 7(2) of and Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Ministers of

the Crown Act 1975, and delegated to him under section 3(3) of the Overseas Pensions Act 1973 and with the approval of the Minister for the Civil Service, hereby makes the following scheme which shall come into operation on

1977 and may be cited as the

Governors' Pensions Scheme 1977.
