GOVERNORS PENSIONS

1. I have endeavoured to re-write the draft to Mr Stratton as you requested. However, the subject of pensions is a complicated one and difficult to condense. I have, therefore, suggested a draft giving a general reply and recommendations, together with a separate schedule showing the pensionable position of the various categories of Governors.
