These rules apply to abatement of a Governor's pension resulting to from the payment of a public sector salary as distinct from abate- ment resulting from the payment of pension and as such we see no reason for any amendment. If you wish these pension/salary abate- ment provisions to be altered you should submit alternative proposals for our consideration.
