1. I see that Mrs Foley wrote to you on 20 February asking when we might expect a reply to my letter of 20 June 1977 about the clearance of the draft of the new Governors' Pension Scheme, but I am sorry to see that we still have no news from CSD of progress nor of any obstroles to early clearance.

A number of questions are now outstanding on Governors' pensions matters between ourselves and the FCC which are causing us considerable embarrassment. he would be grateful therefore for anything you can do to hasten olearance of the draft.or.to explain why it cannot be agreed..
