Would you please refer to Gealy's letter of 4 May 1976 to Stock which set out a number of points for settlement before we could proceed further with the draft of the new Governors' Pension Scheme.

The rules are based on the arrangements previously agreed between Treasury and DTC/FCO and administered by the FCG as an adjunct to the Governors' Pension Scheme.
