informed of developments in this case, Lord Goronwy-Roberts' latest letters implied that Mr Stewart's suggestion of arbitration would be accepted. Now that we know that it has been turned down, I suggest that we shoult get the first shot in, particularly as Mr Bridges' letter provides good ammunition, rather than let Mr Hooley and others return to the attack.
