(a) MPs' letters - first draft;

briefs first draft;

information and aid work (the latter to include liaising with the British Council);

(e) administrative arrangements for visitors to and

from Hong Kong;

(f) matters arising from the Defence Costs Agreement; (g) reading, marking upwards and marking for references:

Hansard, Hong Kong newspapers and Hong Kong reports; and (h) maintenance of the department library.
