Mr Lightbody, Secretary for Administration in Hong Kong, is planning to visit the UK at the end of August and September. He is interested in the policy and general administration of management services and wishes to investigate sources of recruits and training arrangements. He would also like an introduction into the sort of training given to members of the Administrative grade and he would therefore like to visit the Civil Service College.

I would be grateful if you could let me know if you could agree to such a visit and also pass on some ideas which you might have about a

possible programme.
