We think that visits to the Directorate of Civil Accommodation and the Directorate of Estate Surveying Services would be valuable and relevant to Mr Lightbody's re-organisation of management of Government property in Hong Kong.

He may then want to visit a works headquarters, perhaps for London.

I have not as yet been able to tie up these visits and suggest we discuss them on the telephone

If Mr Lightbody is responsible for the Hong Kong side of the British Defence Agreement there might also be point in him visiting the Headquarters Directorate responsible this end.
