I should be very content for Peter Law to cover UK as well as Hong Kong interests in narcotics suppression and to carry out, to that end, any necessary additional liaison work Di with the Metropolitan Police. Peter Law himself would also be very glad to take on this further responsibility. he is already so immersed in the whole international drugs scene that it will not present him with any problems. not suppose that this new responsibility will require a change in his formal title which is at present "Counsellor for Hong Kong Affairs".
