Since the establishment of the Independent Commission Against Corruption 260 officers have been charged. Of these
127 have been committed, 79 acquitted and 54 cases are
pending.

DOES CORRUPTION REMAIN A SERIOUS PROBLEM IN HONG KONG?
I am satisfied that while there may remain corrupt individuals, there is no syndicated corruption still active within the public service in Hong Kong.
